Giraffe Sleepwear Shorts Set

We love this pretty Giraffe sleepwear set. Pink is my daughter's favorite color and this set has a couple of different shades of pink which go very well together with the design. The short set fits her snuggly but is still stretchy enough to move with her as she tossing around while sleeping. The legs, sleeves and neckline do not have any elastic in them like some other sleepwear sets do which always leave marks on her after she wears them while sleeping. Instead, this set has a soft cuff that is gentle to her skin. I ordered the set in Medium size and she still has some room to grow so we should get quite a bit of use from this set. The material is made from 100% percent cotton so it should hold up well to repeated washings.

Sleep mask headphone

I like to listen to music while I fall asleep. Tradition headphones and earbuds can be very uncomfortable to use or can continuously fall out every time I move around. I was so excited to get the opportunity to purchase these sleep mask headphones at a discount to review. I choose the black color with hot pink trim. These headphones did not come with any kind of instructions or documentation and arrived in a small unlabeled plastic resealable package. The headband does have a small cloth drawstring bag to use for storing the headband when not in use. 

The headband is supposed to fit adults as well as children but the headband I got seemed too large to even fit my head. It kept popping off the top of my head while I was wearing it because it wasn't tight enough to fit me properly. My head is about 12 inches around where the headband should fit so it should have fit me well but it didn't. My husband even tried it on and it kept slipping off of his head as well. 

The headphones are located inside the lining of the headband and I had to manipulate them around to get the headphones in the proper place for my ears. The headphones can be removed to allow for washing the headband. The speakers are sandwiched in between layers of felt/foam and velvet discs so they are comfortable when sleeping on my side. I can still feel the speakers a tiny bit but not enough to bother me. 

The sound is not very loud even when I have my device at full volume. Unless the speakers were placed directly on top of my ears, the sound was too distorted through the headband to hear it clearly. I did experience the issue of the speakers move around inside the band so I had to reposition them several times to be able to hear the sound but that could be caused by the headband not being tight enough on my head.

I may either contact the seller about returning these or try to sew a seam in the front to tighten the headband up enough to fit me a little bit better.

Butterfly Sleepware Shorts Set

I got my daughter this cute little butterfly sleepwear shorts set. It is made from 100% cotton and is super soft on her skin. She says it is really comfortable and doesn't make her sweat while she sleeps. The colors on the t-shirt and shorts are very vivid. I like that the shorts are a bit longer than most other sets and they fit her legs loosely with a ribbed cuff so there is no painful elastic cutting into her legs while she sleeps. The t-shirt also has the same soft cuffing at the neckline and sleeves.

The Underwater World dress

My daughter loved this cute dress. It is very flowy at the bottom and she really loves to twirl around in it. It is very soft and comfortable. It is causual enough for everyday wear but it is still classy enough to wear at a formal event. The material is filled with beautiful mermaids and whimsical underwater creatures. My daughter just turned 6 so I ordered a Medium. It fits her well with room to grow. I was worried that the fabric might pill when washed but this dress held up really well. I hung it up to dry over my sweater rack because the washing instructions say Hang to Dry. The material is a blend of Polyester and Cotton. It's the perfect dress for summertime or pair it with a cardigan to wear it into fall.

Red, White and Barbecue

I received a free box of goodies from MyMagazineSharing Community and Kroger to help make my backyard barbeques a success!

I received one roll of Viva brand paper towels and they are really absorbent. They are very soft like cloth but they are super strong and can clean up even the toughest messes. This roll us perforated so it makes it easy to choose the size I need which means I waste less paper towels and save more money. This rolls has 33% more than other leading brands so I get more uses out of this roll. 

I received a 16 fluid ounce bottle of Kraft Classic Ranch dressing. This dressing is so rich and creamy. It tastes delicious over salad greens or used as a dip for veggies. This particular bottle states that it is an improved recipe made with real buttermilk. It has NO artificial colors and NO High Fructose Corn Syrup. It is really yummy!

I also received a single sleeve package of Ritz crackers. My family loved the buttery taste of these crispy crackers. We cut small circle shapes from slices of cheddar cheese and topped the crackers for a quick snack. We will definitely be buying more of these crackers for lunches and snacks.

Pantene Vox Box

I received a free full sized sample of the Pantene In Shower Foam Conditioner. I used it after shampooing my hair just like I would have used regular cream conditioner. I massaged it into my hair and let it sit for a few minutes, then rinsed. The foam left my hair felling light and full of volume. It didn't weigh my hair down like normal conditioner does.

The Fresh Side of Private Selection

I was chosen to take part in a special mission for the My Magazine Sharing Network that I am a member of. I received a coupon for a free product from Kroger's Private Selections Brand. I picked up a package of zucchini with my coupon. I also decided to grab some yellow squash and sweet onions while I was shopping. Spring Cleaning with K-Y

I'm part of the K-Y Community and in my latest mission, I was challenged to a spring cleaning task. I was asked to go through my cabinets and find any old or expired K-Y products.
