This has been a really challenging year for many of us with all the events going on in the world. We have experienced the global pandemic of COVID-19, the loss of so many lives because of the virus and the impact it has had on our economy. We have suffered the negative effects of quarantining. The loneliness, the isolation and the damage it has done to our mental health has taken a major toll on us all.  We have also been divided by hate and violence towards each other. Communities and businesses were destroyed by riots, looting and dangerous criminals. The ongoing madness of this year’s presidential election with all the name calling, trashing and bashing of both the candidates towards each other and the absolute nastiest of the people who support them has gotten extremely out of control. The fact that people are viscously bullying each other over everything they that they say or do because of their political beliefs is beyond ridiculous.  Our country seems to have lost any sense of morals, decency and respect.

Every time I turn on the radio, watch the news or browse social media, my anxiety and stress levels go through the roof. My doctor has warned me that I may have to start taking medication if I cannot seem to get my blood pressure under control. I cannot control the world but I can start by taking measures to control my own emotions and wellbeing. I have tried relaxing baths, meditation and a long list of other techniques that are supposed to be calming but I didn’t find something that could help throughout the day when I had to face the issues of our changing world.

I received this Thought Catapulter free to review and provide my honest opinion on how it worked for me. The box arrived and I eagerly opened it up to see what was inside. It comes complete with a satin zippered pouch which also has a Velcro closure. Inside the zippered area of the pouch was a super strong 2-inch silver magnet bar and a 34-inch elastic band. A welcome sheet and a very detail instruction packet also came included with the Thought Catapulter. What impressed me the most was that the inventor/owner includes his own personal phone number so that I could reach out to him if I had any questions or wanted to interview him about this product.  He also included the entire line of affirmation card packs for me to try since I was reviewing the item. I choose to begin with the Primary abundance cards since those come included with the basic system. It is best to try this for a full 90 days to keep from going back to your old negative thinking ways but I needed to submit my review earlier that this so I decided that I wanted to try it for at least the entire month of November before writing my review. I chose to sew the ends of the elastic band together so that I could wear this under my clothing. It works best if you can have it come in direct contact with your sink but it is not necessary. You could also store it in your pocket or bag but remember to keep it away with anything with magnetic data such as credit cards, phones, flash drives, etc. I kept it in my nightstand and put it in on every morning. I would use this by taking out the affirmation card in a quiet room and reading it out loud 5 times over. I would then visual the affirmation and think of how I personally could help this affirmation come to light for me. Doing this really did help me to really get an insight into my mental needs and help me start the day in a positive way. About a week after I started using this, I found that I could tolerate watching small segments of the news without feeling so overwhelmed. Two weeks later and I felt calmer when I would see people fighting with each other on social media. Three weeks later, I was able to really ignore all the negativity in the media and still be happy about my life. By the fourth week, nothing really bothered me anymore and I felt more at ease daily. I was more thankful and blessed for all the things happening in my life even though it was so much different than past holidays. I know that this system really helped me but if you decide to try it and find that it doesn’t work for you, you may find that old trauma is blocking the energy and slowing down the progress. Seventh Generation Fresh Lavender Scent laundry detergent

I was sent a few sample packets of Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent to try. The detergent packaging states that it is free of dyes, optical brighteners or synthetic fragrances and that it is a natural detergent made with plant based ingredients. I am very picky about what I use to wash our clothes and I generally try to find the purest soap or make it my self because I don't want my family to suffer with irritations from laundry soap.
I used this detergent in my husbands work clothes because I figured if it would get something that he sweats in clean and it would not irritate his skin when he wore it after it was washed while he was sweating in it, then it would work for our whole families clothing. It did a great job of leaving his clothes clean and fresh smelling without dyes or harsh perfumes.
I used it in my HE washer in a cold water wash and it performed great. I will be sure to grab a bottle on my next shopping trip and recommend it to anyone who may be looking for a better laundry detergent.

I recently got to try a free sample of the Seventh Generation Baby Free & Clear Wipes. The wipes are free from synthetic fragrances, dyes, parabens, phthalates, and alcohol. They are hypoallergenic and never tested on animals nor do they contain animal ingredients. They clean with ingredients derived from plants. The wipes are very thick and super soft so they clean even the worst mess. They are very durable wipes and are gentle enough for using on faces. They are super-sized so I even use them to wipe down surfaces that my daughter may come in contact with.
