I like for my home to be comfortable for visitors to come to without worry. I want them to be able to bring their kids and their fur babies but I also want to keep my furniture clean. I decided that I wanted to get something that I could quickly use to protect my couch whenever I might have a visitor who might make a mess. I got this INNX Quilted Microfiber Couch Cover to protect my sofa from pet hair, claws and dander. It can also be used to keep the sofa clean from stains, kid messes and accidents. The cover needs to be removed immediately if any liquid messes happen or it will soak through into the fabric of the couch. This cover is meant for fabric sofas only so it should not be used on leather or faux leather type furniture because it can slip causing damage to the cover and the couch. It could also injury the animal or person sitting on it.
The cover can be machine washed on a gentle cycle but it is recommended to air dry the cover. I put mine in the dryer on the no heat air dry delicate setting cycle and it was fine. I removed it from the dryer right away as soon as it was dry and placed it on the couch to prevent any wrinkles. The cover measures 74"H x 69"W with the arm rest measuring 23.5"H x 20"W and will fit most standard couches. Be sure to measure the sofa before ordering. The cover is very lightweight so it is manageable for a single person the quickly install it easily.
The cover is made of good high quality materials and is constructed with 3 layers of quilted fabric so it keeps the softness of the furniture and is very comfortable to sit or nap on.
The back has an adjustable elastic strap to help keep it secured to the rear of the couch and there are round anchor bars to stuff down in between the cushions at the armrest and back of the couch to help keep the cover firmly in place. It made need to be adjusted to smooth it out after using it depending on how much movement or weight has been put on the cover. It came in a rich tan color that blended well with the colors of my other furniture. They do have covers that fit chairs and loveseats so I am planning on ordering those as well so I can protect the rest of my furniture from messes.
