Lalapao 2 Pack Solar Powered LED Christmas String Lights (Warm White)

We have a large yard so I don't always have access to a power supply to use landscape lighting so I really like that these lights use the power of the sun to function. I got a set of 2 Lalapao Solar Powered LED Christmas String Lights in Warm White to review and provide my honest opinion on how they performed for me. I love that these are so worry free. I can just push the on/off button on the back of the solar charging panel and the lights will come on automatically as soon as the sun goes down and will recharge when the sun comes back out. I never even have to bother with them unless I choose to change the pattern of the lights. They have 8 different modes of lighting effects so I can always have a unique look with a simple push of the button. Be sure to remove the protective plastic sheet on the solar panel before using these for the first time so that the panels will charge correctly.

Each strand of lights measures 72 feet in length and has 200 tiny LED lights. The can be used together to make one big light display or they can be used in separate locations since they each have their own individual solar charging panels. The included ground stakes can be positioned at any angle to get the perfect amount of sunlight and fully recharge the light strand. There is a long wire leading from the lights to the solar panel so it can be placed out of sight if you chose to not have the panel be visible while using these lights. The lights are much safer to use than traditional Christmas light strands since that don't need to use electrical power and, best of all, they cost absolutely nothing to operate. I don't have to spend any money to use these and I don't have to remember to turn them off or unplug them if I am traveling away from home like I would have to do if I were using regular lights.

I would suggest that you will definitely want to use some caution when handling these lights because the copper wire can become very easily tangled and it was not a pleasant experience at all when I had to get them untangled. I would recommend using an empty paper towel roll or piece of cardboard to wrap these onto while storing them when they are not being used.

I personally found that they were easier for me to handle when my husband was helping me to put them up so he could hold them while I manipulated them. It was really useful having that second person to be able to help control the light strand and keep it from getting bent or entangled.

I loved the overall look of these lights. The look like tiny little twinkling fairies dancing around in the garden at night.
