Volmate Vol-200 Battery Tester

This is a handy tool to have especially if you have children. My daughter has a ton of battery operated toys in our home and some in our vehicles. Most of them have parts that have to be disassembled to access the battery compartment and you need tools to do it. Nothing is worse than going through taking something completely apart, inserting batteries, reassembling the item and then finding out the batteries are dead. It is a annoying hassle to have to go through. I was sent this item as a complimentary sample for the purpose of testing and providing my true opinion on how it performed for me. 

This battery tester will help to solve that problem because I can test them before using them. The test will test all types of 1.5 V batteries from button cells, AAA. AA, C. D and 9 volt batteries. Simply put the battery in by matching up the positive and negative ends to the text/graphic on the tester and push the red slider button up until the tester gives you the reading. 9 volt are tested from the top of the tester. Everything is clearly marked on the tester so it is very simple to use. There is a little difficulty getting the battery to stay in securely and it does tend to slip a little bit if you have strength issues in your hand but it is a handy tool to have.
