Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor BPM-110
This monitor makes it easy to test your blood pressure in the comfort of your own home. It only takes about a minute to get your reading and the monitor can store up to 60 readings in it's memory.
What sets this monitor apart from other monitors is that it has a indicator that lights up based on where the reading falls on the WHO (World Health Organization) chart.
This monitor also allows the user to set up to three alarms so you can be reminded to check your blood pressure.
It has a battery level indicator and displays the date, time, pulse and pressure. There is a large start button and the monitor has an auto shut-off feature.
I've always had issues with high blood pressure as long as I can remember so I'm pretty used to dealing with having to take my blood pressure on a consistent basis. This cuff was very tight and painful on my arm when it was inflating. In fact it was so tight that it left marks on my arm from the cuff. It also did not give me an accurate reading. I checked it against two other monitors that I know are accurate because they are regularly checked for accuracy at my cardiologist office.
Although this did not work well for me, it worked perfectly for my husband. We tested his pressure on several different days and checked the results against the other monitors results. They were almost completely the same. He also said the cuff was not tight on his arm and was comfortable while it was inflating. I believe that this is basically a good monitor that just seems to function better for some people than it does for others. I was able to purchase this item at a price reduction for the purpose of testing and providing my true opinion on how it performed for me.
