Noybo Silicone Baking Mat - Set of 2
I generally use parchment paper when I bake because it gives it that nice brown color. I have used cooking spray but it leaves a sticky residue build up on my pans. I have also used silicone baking mats but some of them are very flimsy and tear after a few uses. I was sent this set of 2 baking mats at a price reduction to use and give my true opinion on how it performed for me. I used these to bake some cheesy mini pizzas and the melted cheese did not stick to the mat at all. I even baked them a little long to get the cheese to burn a little on the mat but it still did not stick. The bottoms of our pizzas were perfectly browned and crispy. We have also baked cookies and rolled out dumplings on these mats with no sticking issues at all. The mats washed up easily with some soap and water. I towel dried them, rolled them up and stuck them in my pastry drawer. These are fabulous and will be perfect for my holiday baking.
