These headphones come with the usb charger cable and extra ear pieces. There are black and clear pieces in different sizes so you can find the one that fits your preferences. These didn't come with a case for storing the headphones and pieces so you would either have to keep them in the box or find another solution for storing them. I was sent this item as a complimentary sample for the purpose of testing and providing my true opinion on how it performed for me.
After I charged these headphones, I turned them on and they connected right away with my phone. It was very easy to set these up. The sound quality is pretty good for bluetooth headphones. I was able to put my phone down and walk into another room without losing the connection. I do like the fact that you get the audio cues when powering on and off, changing tracks or volume levels. The battery life is about five hours but it will be less than that if you use them at the highest volume or have a really long phone call, then it will usually last about two and a half to three hours. They also charged very quickly in about an hour and a half.
This is a great pair of headphones. I like to use them so I can listen to music and still have the ability to take calls without having to keep my phone attached to me while doing my activities.
