The label is not printed directly onto this bottle and while I was trying to open it, the label almost tore off. This could be a bad thing if the label comes off and you don't remember what it is, how much to take or you don't have access to some of the important information from the label. It could also be a good thing because you could remove the label so no one knows you are taking a fat burner. I took mine off and wrote the contents of the bottle on the inside of the cap with a sharpie pen.
When this bottle is first opened it has a very strong smell so I thought the pills would taste bad but they really didn't have a taste at all. I didn't experience any unpleasant side effects like headaches, jittery feelings, upset stomach or any of the many others that can often occur with fat burner pills.
This bottle has 60 capsules and the dosage is 4 capsules per day which amount to this being a 15 day supply. This can get quite expensive if you have to keep taking these. During the 15 days, I only lost 3 pounds and that could have possibly just simply been water weight because I was drinking the four extra 8 ounce glasses of water while taking the 4 capsules per day so that also meant extra trips to the restroom.
A three pound weight loss in 2 weeks is three pounds lost so it was still a success for me. I probably will not continue to take these capsules because, in my opinion, the small amount of weight I lost wouldn't justify what the cost of these would be for a month's supply.
I was able to purchase this item at a price reduction for the purpose of testing and providing my true opinion on how it performed for me.
