I have never used a wrist rest before but recently I started spending more time on my PC instead of my mobile devices and I was starting to experience some pain in my wrists. I was sent this item as a complimentary sample for the purpose of testing and providing my true opinion on how it performed for me. The wrist rest is very soft and comfortable yet is firm enough to really support my wrists keeping them in the perfect position to avoid pain or numbness.
It comes with a bonus mouse pad which has a nice large surface area so that I don't have to keep picking up my mouse and moving it around while gaming. Both pads have a non-skid padding on the back so they stay in the right place and don't slide around on my desk. There is a design of a cute little sleeping sheep on the pads. I really like this set of comfortable wrist rests.
