I generally wear a knee brace the majority of the time because I still have pain from an old injury to my knee. My old one was getting pretty worn out so I needed a new one. I like the open design which helps to make it cooler and more comfortable to move around in. This brace was very comfortable and didn't pinch even though I kept it on while I took a nap. It offers great support and keeps my knee securely protected from strain. I'm petite so it fits me very well. I have thrown it in the wash (in a laundry bag) a few times and the velcro has held up nicely.
