UPDATE!!! The lady from this company decided to reach out to me by sending me nasty comments on my PERSONAL social media sites. I've done some checking into this and found seller feedback on Amazon, Tomoson and several blogs where this lady has verbally attacked reviews who also state that they never received the item. In her product description, she talks about how she provides great customer support. I'm shocked at this type of unprofessional behavior!
Customer Service is just as important as the product is. The true testament of any business is how they will handle a situation when a customer has any type of negative experience with their business.
