Lipogaine

The Big 3 Shampoo

Today I will be reviewing this hair loss/ hair thinning preventions 2 in 1 formula shampoo from Lipogaine. Heres a list of the ingredients.
Ingredients
Water, Alkyl Sulfonate, Coco glucose, Polyglucose, Glyco Stearate, Cocoamidopropyl betaine, Carbomer, Ketoconazole, Saw Palmetto, Niacin, Biotin, Propylene Glycol, PEG-150 Distearate, Emu Oil, Polyquart-10, Provitamin B5, Phenoxyethanol, Peppermint, Essential oil, Polysorbate-20.

This shampoo is for both men and women so you can both use the same bottle and you don't have to buy a different version for him or her. This bottle is a nice sized 8 ounce bottle and the shampoo is very thick which means you really only need to use a little bit so this bottle should last you for quite awhile. Even if you have long hair like I do, you really just want to focus on the scalp area and not really worry about getting it all the way to the tips of the hair. Applying it to the ends isn't really going to make it grow because we all know hair grows out from the root so you really just want to focus on getting good coverage on the scalp area.
The first initial time you use this shampoo, you may not see a great deal of lather but you should the next time you lather up. It foams really well and has a fresh minty scent. This shampoo didn't leave my hair stick like some other similar products have. This shampoo was very mild on my scalp and I didn't experience any burning or itchy sensations like I did with the others. I also noticed that after washing my hair with this shampoo, my hair wasn't as oily and I seemed to have less flakiness than before. Also my hair is really flat and straight so I noticed that this shampoo did give me some extra volume to my hair. I have also gotten a compliment about my much nicer my hair was looking lately. This was from a friend who wasn't even aware that I was using Lipogaine shampoo.
I've been using it for about a week now and have noticed that I have seen a bit less hair fall in both the shower and on my brush. It's still a little too early to tell the full benefits of using Lipogaine so I will have to come back to update this review to let you know how Lipogaine has been working for me after I have been using it for awhile longer.
This product is available for around $25 for an 8 ounce bottle which may seem a bit pricey but this bottle should last you around 2-3 months of use depending on how much of it you use and how often you use it.
*I received this product for free for the purpose of providing an honest and unbiased review*
