Balance Bath Pillow

When I received this pillow, I noticed that the outside packaging looked as though it had gotten wet because the label was discolored in an odd pattern with what looked to me like water damage. I removed the pillow from the bag and placed it on the countertop in preparation to use. One of the suction cups immediately stuck to the counter and I pulled the little tab to remove that suction cup and while removing it another suction cup stuck to the counter and the pillow tore. I don't mean just a small tear, I mean the entire seam along the long rectangular part separated exposing foam padding on the inside. I did notice that the material of this pillow was not soft and looked very odd. I noticed another review comparing it to the material on a padded toilet seat and I agree. I would say it is like an extremely cheap padded toilet seat cushion. Honestly, on the pillow I received it was like the cover was so old it was deteriorating for it to rip the way it did. I contacted the seller but haven't received a response and I sent this pillow back to Amazon for a replacement. I will try the new pillow and update this review to see if maybe I just got a bad bath pillow.
