I've seen many, many reviews on this product from reviewers who received this item for free to review who obviously did not do their research, read the bottle or even use the product. They are stating that they are going to take these for a month straight or two months or however long. Please, Please, Please DO NOT DO THIS! It clearly states on the bottle and in the product description that you are only supposed to take this for no more than seven days in a row. There are many serious side effects that can occur when this product is misused. This product is a detox cleanse which means it's purpose is to clear out the harmful toxins in your body. In doing that it also strips your body of the good, healthy bacterias that your body needs as well. Therefore you need a recovery period to get your body back in balance. I take it for about 5 days once a month just to help me feel refreshed and healthy. It is essentially a laxative and NOT A DIET PRODUCT. It can help you to shed a little excess water weight but it will return. It has about as much caffeine as 1/2 cup of coffee so I never experienced that jittery feeling. It did help me go to the bathroom more to clear me out. 

 

 

My only real issue with this product is the labeling. The front of the bottle promotes this item more as controlling the appetite and losing weight whereas the most important warning is in very tiny letters buried on the back. I think it should state in larger letters on the front of the bottle that this product is only meant to be taking for short periods of less than one week at a time.
