When I first received this, I was expecting to receive 3 bottles based on the picture and I couldn't find anywhere in the description that tells you that you will only receive one bottle so that was a little disappointing. I was sent this item as a complimentary sample or at a price reduction  to review and give my true opinion on how it performed for me. My pets don't really have issues with their ears so I was using this as a preventative to clean my dogs ears between grooming appointments and I also began using it for cleaning my cats ears. My neighbor's dog always comes down to share a snack with our dog and play with our kitties. I had noticed that she would shake her head and scratch at her ears a lot so I decided to try this ear cleaner in her ears. I talked to my neighbor about this ear cleaner that I had been using to clean my pet's ears and told her how well it had been working to keep their ears clean. She agreed to let me try it on her dog Sadie. I applied it to her ears as directed everyday for about a week. I noticed that the funny smell had disappeared (I'm assuming she may have had some ear mites) and she was no longer scratching at her ears. She seemed to be more comfortable with clean ears. This ear cleaner has been working great at keeping their ears clean and clear. I found out later while talking to her about this cleaner, that my groomer also uses this same brand in her grooming business.
