K9 Dog Clicker Training Kit

I have seen training clickers before but I have only ever seen them used with dogs. This clickers states it can be used to train a Cat, Bird, Chicken, Pig, Sheep and Even a Mouse or Rat. I decided to try it with my cat. He's a cat which means he is already very stubborn to begin with so I wasn't sure this would work. It comes with an instruction booklet and after reading through it, I decided to give it a go. 

The first click got his attention. After a few minutes I was able to get him to come and stand at my feet without verbal prompts. My husband and I then stood apart from each other with a clicker and our cat follow the click to go back and forth from my husband to me when he heard the click. We still have work to do with it but I think we can make some progress with click training our cat. 

It comes with 6 clickers so you have plenty if you want to train with more than one person like we did. Each clicker has a wrist strap so that's a nice option to have to avoid losing it during training. This product will work if you put in the effort to learn to use it properly and realize it will take some time to reap the full benefits of using it.
